Can I book directly, or do I have to use Airbnb / Vrbo?
You can book directly — and you should. Direct rates skip all platform fees, so you'll pay $200–$500 less per stay than the same home on Airbnb or Vrbo. The booking goes through our Hospitable widget on the listing page.
What's included in the cleaning & resort fees?
Cleaning fee covers a full professional turnover — every linen washed, every surface sanitized, every consumable restocked. Resort fees apply only at Storey Lake, Windsor Hills, and Reunion, and are set by the community (not us). They're shown line-itemized at checkout before you pay.
Do you offer grocery delivery or stroller rental?
Yes to both — we have partner discounts with a local grocery service and a Disney stroller rental. After you book, we'll send you the codes. Just text us if you'd like us to handle it for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 30–14 days out. Inside 14 days we'll do our best to find another date that works — we're a small team and try to be reasonable.
Are pets allowed?
A few of our homes are pet-friendly with a $150 pet fee. The listing page will note "Pets welcome" if so. Service animals are always welcome at every home — just let us know in advance.
